The next launch from the SpacePort is expected to take place on 4 July
For the first time, NASA launches their Rocket from a commercial spaceport outside of the US.
The rocket blasted off from the Australian commercial spaceport, Arnhem Space Centre, which is situated in the Northern territory of Australia early on Monday according to the local time.
This is a historic moment for Australia as well, since the country observed its first rocket launch so far after 25years.
The Arnhem Space Centre on the edge of the Northern Territory of Australia was recently constructed.
This was Nasa’s first of the three launches from the Centre.
The onlookers who could observe the rocket launch for 10 seconds shot the view and stated,
"It went up, then the sound was just like a rumbling boom. It was like nothing I've ever heard so far. And I just shook in amazement."
