Mom-to-be Frieda Pinto revealed on The Kelly Clarkson Show that she secretly married her fianc? Corey Tran
Actress Freida Pinto who has mainly appeared in American and British films got secretly married in the Covid-19 lockdown to her fiancé with whom she is expecting a child. Her fiancé, Corey Tran is a photographer and was introduced to her by her friend Aaron Paul. Frieda Pinto is best known for performance in Slumdog Millionaire directed by Danny Boyle which won several academy awards.
On Wednesday, Frieda Pinto appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show where she made her wedding announcement. On asked about her wedding plans she revealed to her host Kelly Clarkson that she already got married taking fans by surprise. She told Kelly, "Honestly, I have to say if any of you have planned a wedding, you probably know this, I do not want stomach ulcers from planning my own wedding. This was perfect! We got married and then we got to go home and take an afternoon nap."
The couple eventually went to the Honda Center in Anaheim, California and got married. “I should clear the air. I wasn't planning a big fat Indian wedding. It was just going to be something pretty and simple... But then Covid happened and it's still happening and we just realized we were going to be planning this for the rest of our lives and probably never doing it”, she added.
She shared she was happily single and shooting for the television show in New York. Her friend and co-star Aaron Paul of the drama series “The Path” told her since he wanted her in his life forever, he introduced her to his friend and now husband Corey Tran. It was all unexpected but turned out all too well.
