Advocate Ankur Tiwari and Vishwajeet Ahirwar, representing Yogesh Soni, owner of "The Coffee Concept," had filed a trademark and copyright infringement suit against Ravi Raj Solanki, the owner of "The Crush Coffee," for trademark and copyright infringement.

The copyright infringement suit alleged that Solanki had taken over the logo, color combination, and style. This is affecting the business.

The Court Commissioners seized all products, glasses, boards, bills, and other materials from the outlets in Jhalariya, Geeta Bhavan, Scheme No. 78, Bhawarkua, and LIG Square.

The Cops ordered that he must comply with the court's stay order until further vacation of stay.

Sources reveal that Pushpendra Solanki, owner of "The Crush Coffee," has been involved in many FIRs, including a cheating case under Section 420 of the IPC, for which he had served time in Pune jail.

The hearing in this case is scheduled at the Delhi District Rohini Court. Solanki’s presence will be required in the court.
