Man's Decomposed Body Found in South Delhi Home

Police investigate the discovery of deceased individuals?


In south Delhi, authorities discovered the decomposed remains of a 42-year-old man inside a residence, as reported by the police on Sunday.

 

As per police reports, they were alerted around 9 pm on Saturday when a call came in stating that Ratan, a tenant in the Chattarpur house, was unresponsive to phone calls, and his room was found locked.

 

A senior police officer stated that Ratan, who was employed with an MNC, was the individual in question. Upon receiving the call, a police team promptly arrived at the scene and forcibly entered the room. They discovered Ratan's severely decomposed body lying on the bed.

 

In the initial inquiry, police uncovered that Ratan had been residing alone in the house for over a year, according to the senior officer.

 

The officer added that the crime team was summoned, and the body was transferred to the AIIMS Mortuary. Preliminary investigations indicate that the man, hailing from Maharashtra, had been experiencing heart issues.
