In Jaipur Multiple Schools Received Bomb Threats

On Monday morning multiple schools in Jaipur received bomb threats after an unidentified individual sent emails to school principals warning of explosives within the school buildings.

Following the threat messages, several schools were evacuated, and police forces were dispatched to the scene.

Jaipur Police Commissioner Biju George, said, “We received information regarding bomb threats targeting schools. In response, we deployed our police force and bomb squad teams to the affected locations”.

“Students in the said schools have been sent home safely,” he state

The first reported threat surfaced at MPS School in Moti Dungri at 6 am, followed by alerts at schools in Manak Chowk, Vidyadhar Nagar, Vaishali Nagar, and Niwaru Road in Bagru.

In a similar incident, threats against twelve airports across the country, including Jaipur’s. On Sunday, the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport, along with at least eight hospitals in Delhi received as well.
